self-care notepad

we all need a little time for ourselves to practice some self-care!

I designed this one to remind us there is always something to be grateful for and to make our day bright, but at times we have other feelings and it is okay to acknowledge those too!

this notepad is 25 sheets and is made with recycled paper! 

please note that this notepad does not have a sticky back.
